There have been estimates that the number of humans, in this world, with mental defects runs about 25%. Because of drug use and malnutrition by the world's pregnant women, and due to pollution, the percentage of mentally challenged people is probably a lot higher.

Those on SI who constantly post antiSemitic, or anti Christian, or anti Black, or just other hate filled posts probably are mentally defective and must be either tolerated or ignored.
