we had no offshoring under Clinton, NONE. What is it like to be partisan? I can't imagine being someone who can't think for themselves. Personally I am an independent and because I have no party affiliation, I can easily see that Bush's economic policy is POOR. Doesn't matter that I once supported Bush- he screwed up, badly on the economy with a worthless set of tax cuts which fostered no growth and created the worst deficit in history. Blame Clinton if you want, but I doubt many independents will. Campaign slogan for 04: Are you better off, than you were 4 years ago?
