RR, Gray should work as a consultant for the energy industry. The fossil fuel bandits try several scams every year to screw US citizens, but only the one in California was successful enough to bring down its governor. Gray can educate these bastions of American industry on what aspect of ripping off the public worked in California and how to apply that to other states. He also has first hand experience with how the interaction between the big oil administration and the industry can successfully combine on schemes to threaten the economic welfare of those states that voted against the Busheviks. The only bad part is that this guy knows nothing about how to save the rest of the country from the unintended actions of the administration, so he has no future as a govt. consultant. Energy scamsters, that's the ticket.
