Interesting, because that may mean they would *never* be able to exercise their warrants. I don't know the details, or how warrants generally work, but I would think if they were given for some sort of management service, Safeguard would be able to exercise them when it was beneficial to them. Perhaps they would be required to file with the SEC *prior* to doing so?

We'll see what tomorrow brings.
