We also have to find out how many people can fit in the wine room.

It wouldn't be a problem staying in one place and having our dinner in another.

I've sent an e mail to a LV booking group explaining our situation, and asked them for the appropriate information.

The LV Tropicana sounds fine..it is also a part of the Hilton chain, which is always good. If they are willing to work with us, and no one else is, then so much the better for them.
