Baan with a PE of 177 looks fully valued.
May I suggest that Mircosoft NT based Accounting Software for medium size companies will be the next boom. Peoplesoft, Baan, and SAP sell to large companies. The medium size companies using NT accounting software will be the next wave of computer conversion.
