I have spoke with some other investors that "supposedly" have talked with the management and we are expecting a files soon so they can get out of the pinks but who knows till it really happens. I see it closed up 37.5% or so today but stayed low much of the day too. It's probably run its course on this news till the other filings are made. I knew you didn't deal in the pinks but wanted to message you on the other board just to see if you were still around. I have been out of the market for several years and since dipping back in, I didn't see any recent post from you which I respected greatly when I was in the market before. Hopefully at some point I will find a good company on a good board that I can repay the many favors you did me a few years back. Regards, mtn
