Yitzhak Pass, whose 10-month-old daughter Shalhevet was murdered by a sniper, and his brother-in-law Matityahu Shvu were be indicted Friday morning on charges of producing and possessing explosive devices and materials.

The Jerusalem Magistrates Court indicted the two men, who were apprehended on July 17 on suspicion of terrorist activity.

Reports have surfaced that Pass was implicated in the failed bombing of an Arab high school in east Jerusalem in April 2002.

One report said that he is suspected of having paid NIS 1,000 for two gas canisters used to prepare the bomb that was to be placed near the school's entrance.

Four residents of the West Banks settlement of Bat Ayin are currently on trial for that thwarted attack.

Security officials said last month that there are at least two, if not three, 'Jewish terror cells' operating in the West Bank, with each group consisting of about three members.

At least eight Palestinians have been killed in attacks attributed to these Jewish extremists during the recent violence.
