First...Bush told no lies.... Second, it is truly despicable to use the obvious concern of the families of our troops to score political points....naturally all of the troops would like to come home sooner rather than later.... Third, I communicate on a regular basis with former comrades who have their boots on the ground in Iraq and Afghanistan....they are still highly motivated and many are agitated at the negative way the press has reported the situation in Iraq.... Bush has exhibited true leadership. He's cleaning up the mess that has resulted from 8 years of seeing the can kicked down the road.....Oddly enough, the troops love him.
