the "so called split" in the Bush administration is part of a clever ruse to keep the North Koreans off guard and not sure exactly what we are thinking re their nuclear blackmail, although one thing is certain, China, USA, several other nations are certain that Kim Jong il is a mere Puppet, a mentally deficent from birth, Puppet of the ruling Military elite.......it is exactly they, whom we will ultimately face off with.
