Nominal value? From 344 mill to 0.75 mill? Lockheed could have sold many times over the years and for much more than they got recently. Someone clued them into the pending BK you can be sure of that. Another case where the little guy is left holding the bag.

In the end, Lockheed selected to buy the assets from Loral. As of today, I think that Lockheed got the better of it, although I did not hold that opinion four years ago. (I would like to change my opinion again in 4 years!)
