No, I am considering the difficult media enviroment which CSPAN got started from and is working within.

CSPAN is also working with humor, the call-ins of Washington Journal and the traditional covering of some politician on campaign, half to one hour of "hello,how are you,great,fantastic,hello,how are you,etc,etc.."
