well, I would say improving the deficit situation would indirectly affect job creation, otherwise I agree with you.

But looking at opportunity costs, if you are going to implement at tax cut how can you get the most bang for the buck, I would say a dividend tax cut is a stretch to equate to any sort of growth really.... payroll taxes would have helped imo.

Govt spending needs to be reigned in if we are going to lose jobs like this, because we still have a regressive tax structure. No jobs = higher and higher deficits.
