I saw him on C-SPAN, and thought it was one of his best performances. Surely a few of his gestures were woodenly scripted, but better. The question still "rattling around" in my largely empty cranium is why? Is it just a "You blew it" speech to the American public that didn't give him a sufficient plurality to get him to the WH? Is he considering a draft? Is he positioning himself for a cabinet position? Maybe he's already thinking of '08?
