Yes, but Larry Ellison is the wild card....beware the man! as boardmember and owner HE now has rights to all of Microsoft's patents and intellectual property. Larry has all of the tools to bring down Microsoft, he is a smiling man today. This story will unfold like a medieval Japanese feudal war. AAPL is the battle field for a war between Oracle and Microsoft, it will absorb the blood and be abandoned when the war is over.
