re excel: somehow you got something in a cell. I would open a new worksheet in the same file. I would copy the 350 rows from the original worksheet into the new one. once you have the data saved and correctly formatted in the new worksheet, i would delete the entire old worksheet. someone else may have a better idea, but this should work. good luck. larry
