Again, I think you wildly exaggerate the problem. "Health" is simply not a very controversial subject. Education is a little more, but not so much on the basics, like knowing how to read, write, and perform simple arithmetical operations; know general information on geography and science, such as the seven continents, or the subject areas of physics and biology; and the outline of American history. As for socialization, few people would disagree that children should be taught to be polite, taught the elementary customs of their society, and taught how to behave in a cooperative and inoffensive manner for most occasions.
