Why do you think the "big" recovery will come? Why should it come in Q1/2004? There is no automatism at work, which guarantees such things. Have a look at the economy (and the interest rates) in Japan, do you think there will be a recovery in Q1/2004 as well? Will there ever be a recovery in Japan in terms of growth and very little unemployment? Why is it bound to happen in the US?

To me these recovery predictions are wishful thinking. We will not see the good old cycles anymore, instead we will have to live with very low growth rates and very high unemployment.
