Janice, It just seems odd that ALYD would announce 3 contracts in 5 or so business days, with two of them with very large companies, and then nothing for a month. I feel like I'm being manipulated in some way. Next we see a whole bunch of Form 144's. I still can't figure out why even Gruder would sell even one share, if the future is so rosy in re contracts and earnings potential.

Most of all, if they have been notified that the financials ending 3-31-97 do not qualify for a Nasdaq listing, then they should immediately post this info on their web site. Instead, it looks like they want to string everyone along on promises for the next 3 months.
