I hope you noticed the global responces to both Reagan and Bush and "their evil" and especially that you domestically followed the story of the rise and fall of Newt the Gingrich, Hustler and all.
As matter of fact, the closest domestic translation is something like a tooth with a lot of cavities, or what that thumb says after the hammer hit it.
Did both Reagan and Bush have bad teeth, roots and all, and sore thumbs??

Well, I'm still waiting for that non-zero statistical murrican with at least the basic knowledge of the two/party system.
However, almost all of the top/leaders have used some keywords showing some skills, but very carefully.
Not even Bush demanded a two-party system for neither Afghanistan, Irak nor Palestinia.
