maybe not, but if Bush does anything out in the open that in any way skirts the demise of these visas, I am sure the democrats will jump on it with both feet and air it in every campaign commercial they make. I don't know what state you live in, but the big industrial states are hurting badly over this, it is not just IT but call centers, accounting, even stock analysts and LAWYERS are being offshored in NYC, this is the reason for the jobs crisis, so if bush wants to block reform on these visas I'm sure the dems are saying "bring it on" <gg> because he is so out of touch with the middle class.

About midway down on light reading is the hot msg board topics listed, it seems like the "workers opposed H1-B bill" has been the top msg board for weeks.

You can go to your congressman on congress.org and a simple perusal of all the labor/commerce committee members shows this is the most referenced issue. It can't be swept under the rug really imho. Well, anything is possible with bush the tyrant. And they better get that Yuan floated pronto or else, idiots in the WH.
