As far as WMB, it was a strictly chart volume hod close thing. I look at the green bottom line in correlation with my charting candlesticks. If I see green above the daily average volume with a white candlestick then I watch the next day for the same. If I get it and in the last ten minutes of trading the stock is closing near the hod.....I buy.
