But Lu Yuzhang, a Shanghai law graduate and budding businessman, has found that his efforts to register a company name with the word "capitalist" went too far for the authorities. Mr Lu tried to register his putative business consultancy as the "Shanghai Capitalist Competition Advisory Company", but immediately ran into obstacles. His application was blocked by the city's commercial bureau, citing the Chinese constitution's clause that China was a democratic dictatorship founded on an alliance of "workers and peasants". news.ft.com
