Richard, check out the last paragraph (very end of document) in the May 15 Worldcom plan. They value their 60% of the company at between 50M and 150M, with a midpoint of 100M. Given their valuation, they are offering peanuts (18M) for the remaining 40% of the company. global.mci.com
