I may have been mistaken about the 7 year tribulation beginning in 2001.....

the shocking attack on the WTC Towers made a big impression. If that was the beginning of the Great Tribulation then March 2005 should be about half way through and when the anti-christ reveals himself. But it could be that the Lord had taried and this could actually drag on to 2040 more or less.
