In place of "charging blindly" he could have put Rumsfeld's directive, "Go massive, sweep everything up, related and not"

That includes nuclear war.

They are ready, and under way. The only thing that will stop it is full investigation and public exposure of connections, so that the masses will clearly see who is gaining and how this is fomented
