Foley will effectively RESHAPE the Iraqi economy and most likely sell off the best assets to US companies, leaving the country with a hollow shell of autonomy.

Is this what the Iraqis want? Who knows? They wont be asked.

Imagine that the US was conquered by China. Then as the occupying power, China took over the US economy and sold off or dealt with the best government owned assets as IT wanted. Would that be a popular move?
