Yes and this is going to get worse. Next why pay for a manger here when you can get a PHD in Bombay for pennies. The truth is that our bloated inefficient government takes far to much from the economy and that we can no longer be competitive. This is not a Bush or a CLinton problem. The cost of legal fees taxes and bureaucracy are destroying the economy. LA times had an article about a small company in LA that left the state to go to Utah. Why ???? Because although they had only 100 workers they could save 400,000 dollars in workman's comp. For a small company that 400,000 could very well be the profits for a year. The flood out of California of productive people is just an example of how the burden of legal and government oppression is destroying the economy The LEFT DON"T GET IT WE ARE SERFS !!!!!
