I have a good feeling about Arnold. I know he's a partner of Ivan Reitman in a number of real estate investments where they own thousands of apartments in several states. A friend works for Reitman and manages an 800-unit complex I lived in for a while. They're very well maintained and priced at average or below for their area. These guys are savvy investors that only buy at a good price but provide good housing at reasonable prices for many families. From what I hear Arnold understands money but yet doesn't act greedy. I know this is anecdotal but my intuition says he cares about the best interests of the people and will do his best to improve California. Vote for Arnold!!! us.imdb.com
