I think you forgot to "say" several other things Louie:

1. You made a bunch of statements that were untrue to HYPE the stock,
2. You HYPED the stock -- while you were selling, <the SEC calls that "Pumping and Dumping" BTW -- last I heard they considered it a pretty sleezy tactic>.
