TFCT @ 3 cents looks like a potential big Homeland Security play... they have a proprietary self-sealing technology for plugging ruptures in tanks and pipelines. It has been tested by the Los Angeles and Chicago Fired Departments. There is a move to get Homeland Security to fund the emergency repair kit for all 31,000 fire departments in the U.S. as a response to potential terrorist threats.
