D2E7 from Abbott is phage-derived. Too early to say what the real world (marketed) experience is. But an antibody (human) -- minus carbohydrate -- is an antibody (humanized) is an antibody (phage). When it's all done and in, immunogencity of MAbs will depend on other stuff. One might say that -- minus mine -- there's rather substantial expertise in this area among SI contributors. edit: sorry, Erik... didn't see your response.
