The reason is that CNC is still cheap.
IMHO, if you hold CNC for another two years it will be in the
mid to high 60's. Hilbert and other insiders have alot at stake
in the form of options and if necessary, I wouldnt count out
a sale of the company to the likes of a GE Capital by the year
2000.
