Well, unfortunately I don't have any individual stock analysis from the jazz age. I would love to look at it though.

Say you are an investor in the new companies, amzn, ebay and yahoo- does it look like a secular bear market to you? Ebay and amazon are probably going to hit their 2000 highs in 2 years (or less in ebay's case).

I know a lot of junk crashed and burned in the bubble, just like a lot of junk from 1983 PC froth crashed and burned, and never recovered. Kaypro, commodore and atari - companies like that. The CMGI's of that time went down while intel msft and apple just continued into their next growth phase. That is what I see.

If amzn goes back to their crash lows, which was 5 or so then I'll buy the secular bear theory but I don't see it now. I think being bearish is the popular mood of the day. Anyway thats what makes a market! I am bearish on RE so I'm not bullish on everything.
