No... The US is a republic.. But that's irrelevant to your rights on this thread, since I'm the moderator and determine what the bounds are for topicality.

If you want to bash Bush policies, that's fine.. Be prepared to defend your views, and offer alternative solutions.

But I'm not inclined to tolerate ad hominem attacks such as yours. There are plenty of other threads available where you can vent your rage at the president..

I call it not being in charge when he blames the CIA for errors.

This would be an example of a pertinent opinion. But that's not what you said...

And it ignores the fact that every other nation on the UNSC, and their respective intelligence services, were convinced that Saddam possessed WMDs which remained unaccounted for.

So if you're going to criticize the CIA, or Bush's interpretation of their analysis, it's not being objective for you to discount the opinions and views of other intelligence services.

You want to run this thread in this nonsense fashion go ahead. You have lost me on this thread.

Is that supposed to make cry and plead for you to stay? I don't want people who only have rhetoric and diatribes to post to this thread. If you want to do that, then go over to the FADG thread where Faultline is more permissive.

I want some quality analysis that analyzes Foreign Policy with some semblance of objectivity and logic.

That's why, even though the post count might be lower on this thread than others, I believe the quality of posts is relatively higher.
