Clasic example is RCA, which although it met the earnings projections that existed during the '29 bubble, it didn't return to it's bubble price until the '50s.

But the general market valuations in '83 were nothing like the bubble valuations of '29, '66 or '00. The first two certainly led to secular bears. The last one has yet to get to "fair value".

If amzn goes back to their crash lows

Assume if it goes lower, that also will "count". <g>

Since I don't expect the "plunge off the peak" valuation low for this secular bear until the '07/'08 time frame, we'll see. Just don't get wedded to any stock, and I'll try not to "wed" my scenarios.
