You're off on a tangent again. Sexual contact with a minor is illegal whether it's done under the guise of a marriage or not unless done within the marriage laws.

Are you going to deal with my question of how Washington would be affected by civil unions effected in other states? If you don't answer, I will I'm correct in assuming that the impact would be zero.
