Sure. One goes down, one goes up the next night. Net, no change. Even the U.S. government says so. The total number of settlements, the total land under Jewish control, the total number of settlers, none of these are declining, or even holding steady, as the road map calls for.

And, yes, the Wall is in the roadmap. The roadmap says Israel is to return territory to the control of the PA. The roadmap says, explicitly, that the colonization process is to be totally halted, and rolled back to the status quo as of 2 years ago. The Wall is a process of de facto annexation of territory.

You are correct about the prisoners, that's not in the roadmap.
