Hello Red. who were you quoting in the last post? I'm trying to catch up. Lots of interesting reading. The cottage life was great - lots of big smallmouth bass caught. I had my oldest son pan some sand on the mighty Magnetowan, and it revealed black and reddish minerals. No clue what they were, but they say that they find garnets the size of walnuts sometimes... LMBF
