Thomas, alot of stuff can be passed as R&D...who is going to question them. The first production line in Lehi may qualify as R&D....all they have to do is change a small part of the process and it can be considered R&D. However, I doubt anyone is going to question them if they come out and say something like....in this quarter we will be converting our 3 R&D lines into production increasing our bit production by 20%....who's to question if a chip was made by a R&D line or a production line...in the end it's all the same. Are you saying that MU has never provided misleading info to investors?? dave
