MoneySide is a pane that is displayed in Microsoft Internet Explorer and in Money's browser. MoneySide can show you data from Money that is relevant to the Web sites that you are browsing. This data may help you make financial decisions. For example, if you are researching refinancing on the Web, MoneySide can show you the balance of your mortgage.

Urlmap.exe is a program that starts when Internet Explorer starts. Urlmap.exe determines whether MoneySide should be automatically displayed when you move to a Web page that contains information that is relevant to your finances.

You can customize the MoneySide settings so that it is displayed as frequently as you want. You can always open MoneySide yourself if you want to enter a transaction, create a follow-up note, or access accounts, bills, or investing information.

Important: We take steps to help protect the security of the data that you see in MoneySide. To see the data, you must sign in with the Passport that you use for your Money file. The data comes directly from your Money file. Your financial data cannot be uploaded or used by a Web site without your specific permission.

MoneySide may be displayed automatically if you browse a Web site where your Money data may be relevant. You can customize MoneySide so that is never automatically displayed. You can also turn off MoneySide for one browsing session.
