The UN isn't useless. IT is Bush who decided not to use them. Remember he said he couldn't wait for the UN because Iraq was an imminent threat that could attack with wmds at ant time. He said the inspectors were buffoons who were being duped by Saddams regime. Well I guess our own post war inspectors are no better than the UN's. Working with the UN means compromise which is an alien concept to shrub. His arrogance blocks any common sense dialog with others. Pride goes before the fall and these guys are setting us up for a big fall.
