Hi Brian.

To me the big variable is how effective they've downsized and consolidated their operations.

Those who rightsized the fastest will surprise to the netside on very small from the revenue side.

I can remember when Cohu would be knonking the skin off the ball with sales of 30 million a quarter.Since they've made acquisitions and have consolidated all operations into one building.

It seems Amat may have hung onto the concept of a great recovery soon a little too long. Thus Splinter has to go in from an outsiders perspective and make the tough calls.

Time will tell.

A 10% growth in orders will bode well for the sector however.

Bob
