Brian: As I stated earlier, this is my speculative play. The following report seems to show that they are turning around even though SRAM business is still very tough. biz.yahoo.com ALSC, ISSI are believed to be in the same camp in terms of product category. None of the three made profits in the latest quarter. ISSI has much better cash position. PRDM's cash position sucks. Clicking research in Yahoo stock quote shows estimated $0.25 earning for FY98. That's sign of turn around. The latest quarter loss was substantially lower than the same quarter last year, and is lower than the previous quarter. Sorry, I don't know the book value. Again, this is speculative play with my spare money. John
