Well...I am new and wasn't looking for any of you since I have never heard of any of you. Nevertheless, I have enjoyed reading this thread...other than the bit of early ugliness which seemingly went no where. I am not sure I understand the logic behind smaller tooling companies being in a better position than the big boys (i.e. AMAT). My experience is that the large, fundamentally sound companies typically survive down periods in a market. Sure, AMAT has/will struggle as new orders tail off, but when the turn happens...who else will be there to fill the needs? Jim
