ATAR finally announced the share dilution about which everyone was concerned. So far the markets are taking it better than expected. The stock has done a great job of recovering although it needs to get back over $4. It has not been able to do that so far today. Once it does, it should start to ramp nicely. While not good, the share dilution takes care of the problem that's been hanging over the stock for some time.........considerable debt. With the debt effectively 'eliminated', only growth in revenues and eps will make or break the stock. And ATAR's games are doing well.
