Arnold, is up front about his history. bill could have been, but chose to giggle about the meaning of "is" instead, while using the power of the oval office to slander the names and reputations of the citizens he molested, raped, and defrauded. Oh yeah, then there was the justice department and oaths of office he betrayed...he only asked that we sacrifice all of our personal integrity and honor to support him in the process...ooops, you did. tsk
