Legacy Software (NASDAQ:LGCY) signs dist. pact with Alpha Software "...Legacy's most recent RealPlay software games, ``DA Pursuit of Justice'' and ``Emergency Room Intern,'' will be distributed by Alpha Software through its network of more than 40,000 retailers nationwide. Both products will ship in September 1997. According to Ariella Lehrer, PhD, president and CEO of Legacy Software, Alpha Software was chosen over other distribution companies because of its broad distribution capability and dedicated marketing and sales staff. ``The original `Emergency Room' sold 160,000 units.
