I do not equate "following your bliss" with being happy. Being happy is a state of pursuing what you care about, and satisfaction in achieving it. Therefore, following one's bliss, in my estimation, is mainly caring about yourself, pursuing your own narrow interests, and being satisfied with self- gratification. Sure, everyone needs some time to relax and take care of his or her self. It is a question of emphasis. You are part of your little corner of the world, but not the whole thing........
