I totally disagree. Following your bliss, to me, is about finding what fulfills you, and going after it. If you aren't fulfilled as a person i'm not sure how you can be truly happy, and it makes it very hard to help others if you are yourself an unhappy person, or even not a specially happy person. The most helpful and giving people, imo, are people who are really happy themselveS, and who are following their bliss. The people who are the whole corner of the world they are in are the unhappy people not following their bliss. There is no one (imo) more self centered than a truly unhappy person.
